One of the most popular searches for homes in Sunriver is golf course homes. Many of the homes on the Woodlands and Meadows Golf courses are large, and priced over $500,000 (there are obviously exceptions to that). How about being right on the golf course but in a condo instead of a stand alone home? There are a couple of great options for condos on the golf courses that actually have the feel of a single family home.
Wild Flower condos are on the Meadows Golf Course, located very close to The Village at Sunriver and the Sunriver Lodge. Today there are only 2 units available and a third that has an accepted offer on it. These units tend to be 2 story with a split entry living areas upstairs and bedrooms down. Meadow House Condos can also be located on the golf course. Some of the Meadow House condos have a garage but not all of them do. Past history has shown that often times a garage is sold separately. There are a couple different styles of the Meadow House units – some are located in what might feel like an apartment and some are more like a stand alone unit.
