Buyer's This Program May Be For You!

Have you heard of the USDA loan program?  Many people think that this program is strictly for the low income.  This is not entirely true. A family of 4 can make just over $68,000 a year and qualify for this program.

Most of Deschutes County is considered rural – which means that most of the homes in Deschutes County (with the exception of Bend) qualify for a USDA Rural Loan.  With lending rules and regulations changing to what we saw decades ago this program could be the answer for a lot of people.

I have recently became acquainted with Fred Chamberlin with Alpine Mortgage Planning out of Eugene.  Fred is assisting one buyer of mine with a loan for a home that needs some repairs to make it livable.  In our conversations and writing back and forth Fred has provided information about the USDA Rural program that I feel could be beneficial to many of the buyers looking to purchase a home in Three Rivers South, La Pine or Northern Klamath County.

If you have been looking to purchase your dream home and thought it was impossible this may be your answer.  Fred and I are more than happy to answer your questions and help you find the home and loan that you have been dreaming of.
