I contacted Thesa after a friend recommended her. I was looking to invest in a rental. After looking at several properties I made an offer on a short sale. Due to the bank it was a long and drawn out process but Thesa new the process and saved us a lot of headaches and money. We got the property at a great price, during the transaction Thesa found a great family looking a rental. I don’t recommend buying a short sale due to all the pit falls in the process but if your looking for a property (short sale or not) in the Bend Oregon area you need someone that knows the area, what they are doing and Thesa is that person.
