Excellent knowledge of local real estate market. Kept us on track and up to date on all aspects of the buying process. Thesa worked with us throughout the search process and helped us negotiate a fair price with the sellers. As we were from out of town, she went to all the inspections for us and kept us informed all along the process as to what was occurring with the inspection and negotiation of the sale price. She also helped us with finding a good title company to work with and had recommendations for contractors that would be doing work on the house that we were buying. Would recommend her highly
