Although there have only been 88 sales in the first six months of 2006 compared to 104 in 2005 pricing in Sunriver is still on the rise. The average sale was $618,565 in this time frame in 2006 up form $463,040 in 2005. Days on market remain lower than most areas of Central Oregon at 91 for 2006 up only 2 days from 2005.
