• Present your home to as many qualified buyers and other brokers in the area to bring as many possible qualified buyers to your home. One of the most important tasks I have to complete is getting your home maximum exposure.
• Help you stage your home and generate curb appeal to ensure you get the highest price.
• Present all offers and explain the pros and cons to set the stage for negotiating the very best price and as smooth as transaction as possible.
• My job is not limited to selling your home. I can help you find your next home, even if it is out of the area; I have a full data base of agents that will take your needs as serious as I do. I will put you in touch with agents in your new area that will work hard for you. If you are staying local I will of course work just as hard as your agent on the purchase as I do on the sale.
