Comprehensive architectural design guidelines will ensure homes work with the existing topography, wildlife and water features, but allows for individual expression.

The architectural character of Caldera Springs gives a classic Cascade Lodge feel and makes it a relaxing and informal environment. Composed of all natural materials; volcanic stones, slate, sandstone, rustic wood columns and hewn timber beams. This beautiful mountain architecture is designed by architect Jack Zehren and is meant to blend into its wooded surroundings.
