Lynda; yes this is a manufactured home. It is pretty nice and the lot is one of the prettiest I have seen. The trees are what we call second growth.
My parents bought a double wide manufactured home when I was just out of high school. My dad was meticulous with taking care of it and it always looked (almost) like it did when it was new. Manufactured homes are an excellent choice for affordable housing!
