Thesa, I did not realize it was just 2 years for FHA & VA. I was thinking it was 4 years for them also. Thanks for sharing!
There are a lot of IFs from what the lenders are telling me – had one close the other day with a 2 year old short sale on credit – paid a higher interest rate, jumped through a bunch of hoops – but got er done – it was PAINFUL – notice the title is before I can APPLY – you gotta get it back together and really work at it.
