The Central Oregon Association of Realtors (COAR) is bringing Hot Flashes; the long-running hit musical comedy to The Tower Theatre in Bend on Saturday, April 16th. Doors open at 6pm for a Mix & Mingle and raffle with the Show starting at 7pm.
Through humor, personal reflection, and a wide variety of musical styles Hot Flashes shows women embracing the challenges of aging and celebrating the second half of their lives. The show sold out in 2004 & 2006 when it last came to Bend.
The show follows the career of a 5-woman band the Hot Flashes from their 40’s to their 70’s, as they sing about their lives in songs such as: I Am Woman, Hear Me Snore; In The Nude; Senior Moments and You’re Never Too Old to Rock.
Besides former Fallen Angel Kate Finn, the cast includes Sharon Knorr, bass-slingin’ grandma Marvella McPartland, well-known Portland musician Kate Sullivan, and former Loose Wimmin’ drummer Pam Krieg.

Come early, the doors open at 6pm and soothe your Hot Flashes with delicious libations, estrogenic conversation and incredible post menopausal raffle prizes such as fused glass yard art, organic produce delivery and much more. Show starts at 7pm for LOL entertainment.
Reserve seat tickets are $35-40 and are available through the Tower Box Office (541-317-0700) or online at www.towertheatre.org. This is a benefit for the American Cancer Society Bend Relay for Life that takes place on July 23-24 at High Desert Middle School in Bend.
