Today the finance world is changing faster than any other part of the real estate world. I was excited to hear that for 30% to 50% you could get a bare land loan – I can think of several great parcels of land for sale at huge discounts many on the water or with mountain views. Even with 50% down this could be a great investment for someone or maybe the first step towards that Central Oregon dream home to retire to.
