La Pine Real Estate Market Needs Professionals
Many sellers in the La Pine market are feeling the crunch of our market swing to a “buyers market.” Many are experiencing fewer showings or no showings. Some are trying to take advantage of the huge appreciation that was seen over the last couple years. They have to either sit on the property or lower their prices. Is it because their home is not worth what it is listed for? The answer is, it is most likely worth the list price but there are so many properties on the market that buyers have a lot to choose from. The La Pine market has not had a lot of Real Estate services over the years. We have had REALTORS® but we have not had stagers, marketing experts and the internet in this type of market.
