The Outfitters Cabin will have boats to use on the Big Lake. Some lots feature golf course views and mountain views. This will be a gated community with a private entrance through the Sunriver Business Park. Bike paths connect to Sunriver through the Business Park. Golf is informal for family enjoyment.
Caldera Springs offers 320 homesites, plus 40-60 cabins (currently in planning process). The unique design of the community allows for no through traffic. The comprehensive architectural design guidelines will ensure homes work with the existing topography, wildlife and water features, but allows for individual expression.
